Inside Alison Hammond’s four-bedroom house, which is worth a whopping £700,000

Alison Hammond put her Birmingham home on the market the same day Phillip Schofield left This Morning.
The popular presenter, 48, has listed her £700,000 home in Solihull in the Midlands, where she has lived with her 18-year-old son Aiden for three years.
The move gives Alison the opportunity to move closer to west London, where the ITV studios are based, should she be given more duties on This Morning.
She is currently hosting the Friday segment with Dermot O’Leary and the two have filled in for Holly Willoughby this week after Phillip left the show in dramatic fashion over the weekend after 21 years at the helm.
The Daily Mail previously reported that Alison is Holly’s favorite to succeed him and that she will take over as one of bookies’ favorites when Holly returns to the show next month.

She first became a household name when she appeared on Big Brother in 2002. She later revealed that this decision was because she wanted to pay off her “traumatizing debts.”
