Inside the $75M Malibu TRIANGLE House built by broadcast billionaire David Saperstein — complete with a private beach, 12 bedrooms, and a movie theater (the price has also been reduced by $40M)

This is truly a piece of prime real estate.

The famed 12-bedroom, 14-bathroom “triangle home” in Malibu, California has hit the market for $75 million and in a new video, YouTuber Enes Yilmazer offers viewers a comprehensive tour.

Broadcasting billionaire David Saperstein, who made his fortune with the idea of using helicopters to provide traffic updates, built this 10,600-square-foot campus overlooking Paradise Cove in the late 1990s.

He listed it for sale for $115 million in 2020, but it has since been relisted at a significant discount.

Enes explains that it’s nicknamed the “triangle house” because “if you get a bird’s-eye view of this house, you can tell it’s shaped like a V and at the top of the V is the infinity pool.” So it’s a really unique piece of architecture.”

On his tour, the social media star begins in the double-height lobby, which features a massive crystal chandelier that extends down to the lower level.

He then moves into the formal living room, which features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that make the most of the ocean views.

Other corners he showcases in the open space include a sleek looking bar area and a dining area for 12 with a glittering crystal chandelier as the centrepiece.

Off the dining room there is a small service hallway leading to a professional chef’s kitchen with stainless steel cabinets and worktops.

There are also some unique features in the form of a built in ice cream maker and rotisserie oven for cooking chicken – and there’s even a chef’s table.

Mikey, the cameraman, comments on the state-of-the-art cooking area: “This is amazing.”

“Whoever designed this kitchen had entertainment in mind. “I feel like you can serve a lot of people here and there’s a great variety of dishes because of the many appliances that are there.”

On one level, the real estate expert discovers a games area with a pool table, another bar clad in natural stone and an elegant 20-seat cinema with a professional projector room.

Enes muses: “[This is] “One of the swankiest cinemas we’ve seen on our channel… it’s so elegant.”

Also on the lower level are two guest suites with full bathrooms.

Before touring the second floor of the house, Enes whizzes past the pool and outdoor kitchen to the private beach area in a golf cart.

The patch of sand, which sits right on the main beach, has two spacious cabanas and floodlights so guests can enjoy the oceanfront space well into the evening.

Back inside, Enes quickly takes a look at the guest rooms on the top floor before moving on to the showpiece: the master bedroom.

He says of the expansive space, “In this bedroom, it feels like we’re at the bow of a ship or yacht, with nothing in front of us but the sea.”

“Of course the view is amazing and I can only imagine what it’s like to wake up in the morning and start the day in this bedroom. Just walk outside, enjoy the sea and just see your incredible home.”

Off the bedroom is a wraparound balcony, a bathroom with a freestanding copper tub, and an expansive walk-in closet that Enes says is one of the largest he’s seen.

In addition to the premium interior design and location, Enes says the property’s landscaped grounds — which span 6 acres — are another selling point.

He explains, “The landscaping of this property is absolutely incredible, we have walkways throughout, water features and off the driveway we have a children’s play area.”

“If I lived here I would be walking around all the time. “They have different walkways that take you to different parts of the house.”

Other outdoor features include a motor court, tennis court, eight-car underground parking, gym, laundry room and another separate guest apartment that Enes says would be “perfect for your staff.”

The three story home, located at 27930 Pacific Coast Highway, is currently listed with Chris Cortazzo compass.

The listing states, “This is truly a unique opportunity to acquire beachfront development of rare quality, enchanting beauty, architectural integrity, luxury living and resort style entertainment in the most prestigious and exclusive Paradise Cove.”
