Is Fire Emblem Engage on Xbox?

The newest entry in the Fire Emblem franchise, Fire Emblem Engage, will be released on January 20th. But will it come to Xbox?
The Fire Emblem franchise is a long-running series of tactical fantasy role-playing games. Fire Emblem Engage is the latest addition announced in September 2022. It will have similar gameplay to previous entries in the series but will add the use of Emblem Rings, allowing units to fight alongside the Lords of previous games.
Emblem Corrin’s charge attack, Torrential Roar, blasts enemies in the 3 hexes in front of the unit and floods the area with water, reducing Avo. Unleash this powerful technique while enemies are standing together and they will have a hard time countering. #firesign pic.twitter.com/AvUpSOvVgT

The story revolves around legendary heroes called Emblems, who grant incredible power to whoever holds the 12 Emblem Rings. As the ritual draws near, Alear – the Divine Dragon of Prophecy – awakens to collect the rings and bring peace to the land. Sombron – the fallen dragon and ancient nemesis of the divine dragon – has also risen and seeks the rings for himself.
Given the popularity of the series, players may be wondering if they will have the opportunity to play it on Xbox.
At the time of writing, no Xbox port of Fire Emblem Engage has been announced. The game will be exclusive to Nintendo Switch, similar to Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
Fire Emblem games have historically only appeared on Nintendo consoles and have never received a PlayStation or Xbox port. It is unlikely that tradition will be broken with Fire Emblem Engage.
