Is Monster Hunter Rise available on Xbox Game Pass?

Monster Hunter Rise will be getting console ports later this month, but is it coming to Xbox Game Pass?

Capcom’s action-RPG Monster Hunter Rise was first released for the Nintendo Switch in 2021. As the sixth main entry in the Monster Hunter series, Rise follows many of the same conventions as Monster Hunter: World while introducing some brand new mechanics. The game also runs on Capcom’s RE Engine, which was developed for Resident Evil 7: Biohazard and has been used in all Resident Evil games ever since.

Roughly two years after Monster Hunter Rise was first released, the game is finally coming to other consoles including: PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. The Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak game expansion, which was first released in 2022, will also be coming to consoles later this year.

With the release of ports just over the horizon, some players may be hoping for Xbox Game Pass arrival.

Yes, Monster Hunter Rise will be coming to Xbox Game Pass. The game will be released on the subscription service on the same day as the console port release on January 20th.

The game will also be available via PC Game Pass and the cloud at launch.
