Will The Lords of the Fallen come to the Switch?

After being announced in 2014, The Lords of the Fallen made its triumphant return at Gamescon 2022. Originally titled Lords of the Fallen 2, it’s a dark, action-packed fantasy RPG.

For those curious if they can play Lords of the Fallen on Nintendo Switch, here is the full list of consoles and systems the game will be available on.

Unfortunately, The Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One all failed to make the cut for the upcoming fantasy epic. However, this makes sense as the developers behind the game are making full use of the Unreal Engine 5, which is better equipped for the new generation of consoles and of course most PCs.

The Lords of the Fallen will also make huge improvements compared to the original game, with the creative developer saying “the game is significantly bigger” and “it’s darker and more challenging, with faster, soul-like combat, stronger thematic, richer narrative, deeper RPG.” systems and more immersive storytelling.”

There’s still plenty of time before Lords of Fallen releases at some unspecified date in 2023, so Switch players might be hoping for a port to be announced by then.
