Jenna Coleman cuts a chic figure in a brown plaid trench coat and exits the show

She has taken to the stages with Aidan Turner in her romantic new play.
And Jenna Coleman looked stylish in a chic brown checked trench coat as she walked home from the recent performance of Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons at London’s Harold Pinter Theatre.
The 36-year-old actress was wrapped up in the classic play as she strolled out of the theater after the show after it was met with a sour reception from critics.
Jenna and Aidan, 39, take the lead in this two-handed play, a West End revival of Sam Steiner’s debut play – a huge success following its Edinburgh Fringe Festival debut in 2015.
To cover up her sophisticated all-black ensemble, Jenna opted for the full-length brown trench coat with a tie belt at the waist.

The former Doctor Who star was followed closely by her co-star Aidan after the pair made their debut in the play last month.
Despite its glittering opening night, which was attended by a slew of big names, Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons received a lukewarm reception from critics.
Time Out magazine gave the play three stars out of five, describing it as “a disarmingly somber affair, or certainly compared to what it was eight years ago” – blaming Brexit for its “sulky” tone.
However, the “beautiful” set design was praised, while Steiner’s words – some of which have been rewritten since his debut – were praised for having stood the test of time.
Elsewhere, The Times also offered three stars out of five, while claiming the play was about to run out of steam.
“Can two fine actors and one gifted director, Josie Rourke, make this cocktail of sweet ideas more than the sum of its parts? Not quite,” they write.
“Worse, a Total Eclipse of the Heart chant falls silent when it runs out of words in front of her. Every now and then they fall apart.’
Meanwhile, The Telegraph claimed it was “enticing but limited” despite strong performances from its two stars, writing: “Much to admire for fans but a few syllables short of a humdinger.”

The Evening Standard called Steiner’s play a “bittersweet delight” that “poses far-reaching questions about communication and control, and a sad love story subtly staged by two glowing screen stars.
“Besides, you’ll be out in time for a late dinner. As the characters might say when they run out of word quota, ‘What don’t you like?’
With a lukewarm reaction to the production, The Guardian added: “Coleman and Turner are adorable together, despite staying cute for too long and repeating riffs from their first meeting at a pet cemetery.
“Silence makes sense when the couple hits the buffers of wordlessness, and their relationship gains strength when the actors drop their romcom routine and become more real and tender, albeit fairly late in the day.”
The stars’ play will be on stage for nine weeks and sees Jenna play the rule-abiding lawyer Bernadette while Aidan portrays the free-spirited musician Oliver.

Movie Star: The play explores a young couple’s reaction to a dystopian world where words are rationed by “laws of silence.”
The official synopsis reads: “Let’s just talk until we can”. You will speak more than 123 million words in your lifetime. What will you do when they run out?
“Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons is a tender and funny rom-com about what we say, how we say it, and what happens when we can’t say anything anymore.”
