The 51-year-old actress – who announced she was diagnosed with osteoarthritis three years ago – was photographed last week arriving for an intense personal training session at the San Fernando Valley gym.
The What I Like About You star looked healthy and fresh before the workout, which she wore in black sweatpants, a gray tank top and Nike Air Max 270 trainers.
She tied her blonde hair back in a ponytail and brought a water bottle with her to stay hydrated.
Garth also shared videos on Instagram of the couple having a little fun between exercise reps and sets.

Garth revealed that her early diagnosis “spurred her on” to “be more physically active and work with a trainer.”
She filmed surprising her trainer Jason with a t-shirt emblazoned with her character Kelly Taylor and her iconic quote “I choose myself”.
The fitness expert even posed in the t-shirt, which was three sizes too small.
She first used the phrase in 90210 when her character Kelly Taylor was being pursued by both Luke Perry’s Dylan and Jason Priestley as Brandon – but she decided neither was good enough for her.
On the way out, Garth was spotted stopping to hug an admiring fan and even posing for a few selfies with him.
She took her to the car with her trainer and the two talked for a while before heading home.

The mother-of-three opened up about her health in an interview with insider Last May, she revealed how degenerative joint disease prompted her to hire a personal trainer to help manage the pain and stay as active as possible.
She told the outlet she went to see a doctor after experiencing pain in her knees when transitioning from sitting to standing, as well as stiffness in her fingers and hands.
Garth admitted it wasn’t open about her condition because she “didn’t want to be the person to talk about her ailments.”
She has been diagnosed with the most common form of the condition, which occurs when the cartilage that protects the ends of bones wears away, causing irreversible tissue damage.
Speaking to People magazine, she said: “Going to a doctor or specialist and getting the diagnosis is key because with that knowledge we can do our job.”
She added, “It has spurred me on to be more physically active and work with a trainer.”

Garth was part of the original cast of the iconic ’90s teen drama alongside Tori Spelling, Jason Priestley and Ian Ziering, among several other stars;
The diagnosis came amid a tumultuous year for Garth, whose third husband, Dave Abrams, filed for divorce in 2018 after three years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
The couple separated but reunited ten months later and are still married to this day.
This isn’t the first health scare for the 90210MG podcaster. In 2002, she was diagnosed with a prolapsed mitral valve and a leaky heart valve, but it wasn’t revealed until 2009.
Despite her health issues, Garth continues to take on acting roles and was seen at the ATX TV Festival in Austin on Thursday.
Earlier this year, Garth excited 90210 fans when she reunited with her former co-stars Tori Spelling, Jason Priestly and Ian Ziering at the 90s Con in Memphis, Tennessee.
