Neely was caught near the Port Authority Bus Terminal near Manhattan’s Garment District last Monday.

Neely was allegedly armed with a gravity knife and carried several bank cards in other people’s names.

He was charged with four offenses, including possession of stolen property, resisting arrest, refusing bail and unlawful possession of firearms. He was also charged with eight misdemeanors.

Prosecutors announced that since June 2022, Neely has been arrested at least 20 times during her probation period for grand larceny or criminal possession of stolen property.

He has two dozen prior convictions, including rape, robbery and burglary. He was also wanted on an outstanding grand larceny charge – in violation of his probation terms from a previous case.

His nephew’s funeral was held in Harlem last Friday.
