“Having pre-packaged snacks like fresh fruit and veg to go in the fridge is best for those moments when I stop and realize how hungry I am.

“Apart from that, what Leah, Mum and Yiayia cook for me is an endless menu of delicious dishes that are delivered to my door every day.”
