The 30-year-old singer-songwriter was the spitting image of Margot Robbie in the hot pink dress, which she paired with a crisp white cowboy hat.
Kelsea showed off her toned abs in the stunning outfit, while the stunning star-studded flared trousers highlighted her long legs.
The blonde beauty was accompanied by her Outer Banks star boyfriend Chase Stokes, 31, who was a more reserved Ken in a hoodie, denim jacket and jeans.
And in a video posted to her Instagram account, Kelsea showed she was getting into character by waving “Hello Barbie” to her friends and fans.

The party started at The Original Donut Shop before Kelsea took the stage at Flaming Saddles Bar.
It comes just a day after the couple packed on the PDA while attending the Time 100 Next gala In New York City on Tuesday, they shared a amorous kiss while posing for photos.
Kelsea was first spotted with Chase in January when they both attended the College Football National Championship Game in Los Angeles with mutual friends.
They confirmed their romance after they were spotted passionately hugging and holding hands at LAX airport.
In a July interview with StylecasterKelsea described their relationship like this.
“We and each of us decided: If you’re with someone you feel safe with and proud of, then why not share that?” she said.
“He’s a Virgo too,” she explained, adding, “We’re both Labrador Retrievers in human form.” It doesn’t take many conversations to be on the same page. It’s been six months and it’s been great.’

“I slid into these DMs,” she said after seeking advice from her manager, who lives in Charleston, where Chase’s show “Outer Banks” is filmed.
“He was like, ‘You know who’s really cute when you’re ready? Chase.”
“I thought, “You’re so right.”
The Yeah Boys singer said she had never seen the Netflix drama, but “I just knew about it and jumped right into it.”
Kelsea revealed she took the easy approach to break the ice. “His name is @hichasestokes and I said, “Hello, Chase Stokes.””
Chase previously dated Madelyn Cline, his love interest on Outer Banks.
Kelsea was previously married to country singer Morgan Evans (38). The duo married in December 2017, but they announced their divorce in August 2022.
When she filed for divorce in Tennessee in August 2022, she cited irreconcilable differences. Their divorce was finalized on November 15, 2022.
