Oscar-worthy: The 42-year-old makeup mogul, who plays mysterious publicist Siobhan Corbyn, maintained her composure during some intense conversations, including one with her client, actress Anna Victoria Alcott (Emma Roberts).
The trailer then began with a chilling montage of Emma struggling through her pregnancy as she was seen in a hospital bed screaming: “I can’t live in this much pain.”
After Emma confronted her husband and told him to “admit” that he thought she “made it all up,” Kim sat behind a laptop again and asked, “Paranoid much?”
When mysterious figures kidnapped Emma and broke into the maternity ward, Kim was confronted by a man who coldly asked her, “WHO the hell are you?”
Kim’s true identity may be revealed on Wednesday’s final episode of “Delicate Part 1.”
The latest look comes less than two weeks after FX released a spooky shot of her with a giant black widow spider attached to her torso, its spindly legs wrapping around her body.
AHS: Delicate is a film adaptation of the horror book Delicate Condition by Danielle Valentine.
The plot revolves around Anna, an actress who has undergone multiple IVF treatments. She becomes increasingly paranoid and suspects that mysterious forces are thwarting her efforts to become pregnant.
However, her concerns are dismissed by everyone, including her husband.

Anna eventually becomes pregnant, but tragically suffers a miscarriage. Despite medical reassurances to the contrary, she continues to feel her baby’s development and her body shows unmistakable signs of pregnancy.
“It’s essentially a horror novel about pregnancy,” Valentine told Entertainment Weekly.
“It’s a novel that explores not only the actual physical cruelty of pregnancy, but also the medical gaslighting that even modern, very privileged women experience during their pregnancy, and the symptoms that I think we as a culture still experience. “ “I don’t talk about it for some strange reason.”
The author added that she was more inspired by “Alien” than “Rosemary’s Baby” when writing the book.
Kim expressed her excitement about appearing in the legendary horror anthology in an interview with Variety back in May.
