Kardashian, 43, and Barker, 47, bought the home from late-night legend Conan O’Brien for $14.5 million in October.

The home is also just four doors down from another celebrity enclave owned by Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis… but now the roads leading to the expensive homes are now covered in mud.

The water level near the home appears to have risen above the home’s garage, though it’s unclear if it’s a 3.5-bath beachfront bed.

The roads leading to the house are covered in mud making it difficult for vehicles to get in and out of the area.

There’s no indication if Kourtney and Travis were home when the storm hit or if there was any flood damage to the home.

Before Kourtney and Travis bought the home, O’Brien significantly remodeled the 1950s beach house.

The 2,100 square foot, 2 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home also has a 2 bedroom guest house.

Additional amenities include a soundproof balcony, a two-car garage with Tesla charging station, and a built-in BBQ.

The outdoor space includes a sea-view terrace that also features a private staircase that leads down to the beach.

The news of Kourtney and Travis’ home purchase came as it emerged that the newly married couple were still not living together, despite living in the same neighborhood.

“We want our kids to be really comfortable too and they’ve both lived in their homes most of their lives and they each have their rooms and we’re a block away,” Kourtney said on the Not Skinny Not Fat podcast. .

“When the kids are with their dad, I stay with him and there are still nights where we stay at each other’s houses in between,” Kourtney clarified.

“I get up at 6 a.m. and I carpool every morning and then I go straight to his house and drink matcha. He has it ready for me,” she adds.

Kourtney and Travis wed in Santa Barbara in May 2022 before having a religious ceremony in Portofino, Italy a week later.
