Mike Brown has signed a short-term contract with Leicester after Sportsmail revealed the former England full-back had joined the Tigers on a trial basis.
Brown, who has 72 caps, was without a club after leaving Newcastle late last season. He previously enjoyed a glittering 16-year stint with Harlequins.
Now the 37-year-old is back in English club rugby after joining Leicester and will be in charge of defense at Welford Road.

“Joining a club like this with all its history is amazing,” said Brown. “When Leicester offers you an opportunity to go into the environment, it’s hard to turn down.
“Having the chance to get out into the area has been great so far and a really positive experience for me.
“I felt sharp and I still believe I can play a role in the game. I didn’t think it was time to stop because I felt good and I still feel good. I stayed fit.”
