She said: “We got engaged after four months and married after seven months, which I don’t recommend to everyone, but it worked for us.”
Speaking about their first date, the couple revealed that they were formed by mutual friends in February 2021.
Luis confessed that he didn’t know who Lena was, although he had heard about her show Girls and “had to google her”.
He described her as an “ageless beauty” and that when they first met he “lost himself in her eyes,” while she said he looked like a “handsome-looking 19th-century vampire.”

She said: “I knew this relationship was different because at every stage where there was something that could possibly put him off, he met it with absolute gusto.”
Meanwhile, Luis explained that he was attracted to Lena because she listened to him and said after their date lasted 12 hours, they “were forever in each other’s lives from that day forward.”
Luis spoke about their wedding day, calling it the “best day of my life” with emotional vows from both of them.

The couple said “yes, I do” under a makeshift chuppah at the Union Club in Soho after just a month of planning.
Lena wore three custom dresses designed by Christopher Kane on her special day, which saw close friend Taylor Swift serving as one of her bridesmaids.
Lena says there were an estimated 60 guests in attendance and she had nine bridesmaids by her side, including Tommy Dorfman, future sister-in-law Alma-Kori Felber, and her podcasting partner Alissa Bennett, who provided ‘something borrowed’ with the Lego – Her son’s soldiers.
The couple had their first dance to The Zombies’ “This Will Be Our Year” and had seven different wedding cakes for the guests — a main cut cake and six mini cakes.
Speaking of her future plans, Lena said: “Right now we’re enjoying our first few years of marriage, but I’d still love it if we adopted and had a family and a big stable with rescue pigs.”
