Lionel Messi and his young family have purchased a sprawling new $10.75 million estate in Fort Lauderdale that features 10 bedrooms, a spa, two boat docks and a swimming pool.

The Argentine superstar has been trying to expand his property portfolio since moving to Inter Miami in the summer.

He already owned a $9 million luxury condo in Miami, but was recently spotted house hunting in the Boca Raton area with his wife Antonela Roccuzzo and their son Thiago.

But Messi has now approved the construction of a new 10,500 square meter property within the gated community in Bay Colony, one of the floating neighborhoods north of Fort Lauderdale.

The breathtaking house is located directly on the beach, barely 15 minutes by car from the DRV PNK stadium and Miami training base.

It sits on the canals that wind through South Florida and features a waterfront swimming pool.

Inside, the home features nine bathrooms, an Italian kitchen, a fitness and spa room, a VIP suite, and a balcony with views of the Fort Lauderdale skyline.

Messi bought the property with the help of Team Simpkin, which has helped the MLS club’s players buy properties since its founding in 2018.

According to the Spanish outlet Cadena Ser, the World Cup winner bought an apartment in the Porsche Design Tower in Miami back in 2019.

The 60-story tower is located between Bal Harbor and Aventura and is 25 minutes from Inter Miami Stadium.

The building has multiple elevators designed exclusively for residents’ cars, allowing owners to park their vehicles in their exclusive suite.

In addition to car elevators, the apartment has its own restaurant and an outdoor lounge overlooking the sea.

Messi’s stunning new home also features a cinema, golf and racing simulators, providing his family with perfect leisure options.
