Lionel Messi’s father Jorge is rumored to be in Riyadh to hold talks with Al-Hilal over the possibility of his son joining the Saudi club, which would see the Argentinian star earn a staggering £245million a year.

Messi returned as a goalscorer for PSG in his first game since winning the World Cup last month on Wednesday, but his club future remains uncertain.

His contract with the French champions expires in June and it has emerged Al-Hilal is keen to bring him to Saudi Arabia.
