Logan Paul’s fiancee Nina Agdal is suing Dillon Danis for a restraining order over his incessant trolling after the MMA fighter shared an adult video of the Danish model

Nina Agdal, Logan Paul’s fiancee, has reportedly sued Dillon Danis and asked for a restraining order after he continued to harass him.

Danis, who will face Paul in the ring on October 14th, has repeatedly used Danish model Agdal to target his opponent.

Danis and Paul exchanged blows on social media, but the former escalated the rivalry to shocking proportions last week when he posted an adult video online of his rival’s fiancée discussing their sexual desires.

The shocking personal attacks led to Agdal filing a lawsuit against Danis on Wednesday, claiming her fiancée’s opponent had posted “despicable” things about her more than 250 times since the fight was announced, according to TMZ.

She alleges in the lawsuit that she suffered humiliation, emotional distress and damage to her reputation.

Agdal, a former Victoria’s Secret model, claimed that an Aug. 11 post shared by Danis specifically violates federal and state laws.

She claims the post included a sexually explicit image of her from a “romantic encounter” she had with someone more than a decade ago.

“Danis posted the photo – completely uncensored – from his X (Twitter) account without the plaintiff’s consent,” Agdal wrote in the lawsuit, via TMZ. “Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photo to maximize the number of views.”

The 31-year-old claimed Danis only agreed to the post’s removal after organizers of his fight with Paul, Misfits Boxing, threatened to cancel the showdown unless he deleted it.

Agdal also said other posts had upset her, including a video from more than six years ago he tweeted on August 28 in which she discussed her “desire for intimacy during a period of celibacy.”

Agdal, who previously had a year-long relationship with Oscar-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio, says in the now-viral clip, “By the way, I’m very proud of myself because this is the longest time I’ve gone without sex since me.” have started.

“Obviously it’s driving me crazy. I’m struggling, I need a penis inside me asap.”

She concludes the video by saying, ‘So if any of you guys know a good guy that doesn’t have STDs on it.’ I’ll take it, right here.’

Agdal claims the video was saved to her Snapchat archive “suggesting that Danis was hacking.” [her] personal account or had received the private video from someone who had done so.’

The Dane is seeking an unspecified amount of damages, with a minimum of $150,000 per violation of federal law banning the sharing of intimate images.

With the restraining order, she is asking the judge to prohibit Danis from sharing any more sexually explicit photos of her in the future.

Danis has repeatedly threatened to share more explicit photos of her that could damage her reputation.

“I just got another absolutely killer photo of Nina, this one could be worse than the other. Wow this girl is really wild,” he posted last month.

“Logan, on a male level, you must cancel this marriage now.”

Danis did not apologize for his trolling, claiming it promoted the Oct. 14 fight.

He took to social media to comment on the lawsuit on Wednesday, writing, “Nina Adgel has filed an extensive lawsuit against me.” She has issued a restraining order against me and is asking for a jail term, so the fight is in jeopardy if I’m in jail am.
