Lorraine fans are convinced Andi Peters was drunk live on air on Thursday, while Lucie Cave also surprised by showing off her underwear.

Andi, 53, made a very boisterous appearance on the ITV chat show, which airs between 9am and 10am. Fans admitted they were taken aback by his “manic” behavior.

And Lucie, 50, looked just as vivacious as she flaunted her underwear in the studio, leaving presenter Lorraine Kelly completely shocked at her face.

Viewers were left to speculate if Andi and Lucie were both “drunk” during the live broadcast as they both looked very happy after splurging on two huge cocktails.

Lucie appeared on screen, holding two tall cocktails garnished with cream, before bursting out in laughter while Andi stood in the kitchen giggling.

He then appeared very dizzy speaking to Lorraine before laughing as the presenter tried to stay off camera while Andi spoke to viewers.

Shifting between subjects, Andi said: “I’ve got £100,000 to give away – oh Lorraine, I’ve got one more thing before you go: chocolate with your name on it!”

Lorraine then thanked him and walked away, but sent Andi into fits of giggles when she accidentally stepped in front of the camera before sitting at a table with Lucie.

An excited Andi then ran across the studio to grab Lorraine’s armchair before announcing the £100,000 competition while still laughing out loud.

On social media, viewers questioned if Andi was drunk as they insisted his appearance was ‘manic’ and also commented on Lucie’s agitated appearance.

Immediately afterwards, a giggling Lucie sat with the two cocktails in front of her, while Lorraine commented that everyone was “crazy,” adding, “There’s definitely something in the air.”

Lucie then began her “Lucie’s Lust List” segment, where she flaunted her underwear and talked about the trend for celebrities to wear pants over their clothes.

Lucie spoke about Emma Corrin wearing green knit pants over tights at the Venice Film Festival before unveiling her own attempt at following the trend by tucking her skirt up in the air.

Her behavior came as a complete shock to Lorraine, with the presenter saying, ‘What are you going to do? Jesus!’

Lucie showed off her red pants and said “I tried!” Sorry if that’s keeping you from breakfast! I’m sorry mom! That’s me, that’s all you’ll see of me.’

Lucie admitted she wasn’t a fan of the fashion trend, adding, “I know I’ve shown them on national TV but I won’t do it again.”

Lucie later took to Instagram to poke fun at the segment, sharing a snap showing off her underwear with the caption, “Sorry mom!”

It’s not the first time Andi has stirred up viewers with his amusing antics, as he accidentally leaked a very cheeky joke on “This Morning” last week.

As the ITV show returned from a commercial break last Friday, he told how his co-star Rochelle Humes was upset after eating a boiled egg during the break.

Rochelle then said, ‘And the person in question wasn’t me!’ It was definitely that guy!’

Andi could then be seen pulling a funny face as the camera zoomed in, before turning to his co-star and remarking, “You gotta get your protein in!”

The presenter was seen bursting into giggles apparently noticing the innuendo he’d just made.

However, Rochelle didn’t seem to notice the offensive remark as she commented on Andi’s snack choice, saying to the camera, “He literally stood next to me the entire three-minute break eating a boiled egg.”

Rochelle then touched his muscular arms and said, ‘These weapons don’t happen by themselves!’ You need that protein, I see!’

Andi agreed and said: ‘Thank you very much, Roch!’
