Completing the Lost Tuskarr Kite Quest is actually pretty easy and just requires a little bit of patience on the part of the players. This quest requires you to find and collect a Tuskarr Dragon for Cataloger Jakes. Upon completion, players will be rewarded with a Bottomless Relic Bag, a Dragon Isle Supply Cache, and 250 Dragonscale Expedition Reputation.

To begin your quest, you must first accept the quest at Dragonscale Base Camp. Once you’ve started the quest, make your way to the Upper East Shore of the Waking Coast. Be sure to check your map as a marker will appear showing where to find the dragon.

Once you reach the marker, be sure to keep an eye out for the Lost Arvillo. The Tuskarr kite is attached to the back end of the boat. Luckily you can see on your map if the boat is nearby. Once you find the Lost Arvillo, hop in and just wait for the boat to come to a stop. You should be able to catch the dragon when it falls into the water. Now all you have to do is return to Dragonscale Base Camp and bring the dragon back to Cataloger Jakes to collect your reward.
