Jack Fincham was banned from driving and charged with two counts of drug driving after driving his BMW onto a traffic island two days after taking cocaine.

He admitted both offenses at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.

Accordingly The sunThe 31-year-old former Love Island star was seen driving on the wrong side of the road on March 18 by a woman who was in a car behind him on Old Bexley Lane in Kent.

Jack was seen hitting a curb and driving across the street at high speed and the witness reported him to the police.

The prosecutor said: “It was about 9pm and the witness saw a blue BMW drive onto the curb, driving at excessive speed on the wrong side of the road and then she saw it drive onto a traffic island.”

“He stood on the driver’s side of the car with the door open and admitted to police that he had taken cocaine two nights previously.

“He initially refused to provide a sample, but it was later discovered that he was over the limit for cocaine and benzoylecgonine, a byproduct of cocaine.”

MailOnline has contacted a spokesman for Jack Fincham for comment.

Jack was banned from driving for 36 months and had to carry out 60 hours of unpaid community work.

This isn’t the first time the reality star has gotten into trouble with the police.

He was arrested in August for alleged drug addiction and having false license plates on his car.

At the time, Jack insisted he had not been charged with drug driving following the alleged incident on the A2 near Dartford.

His lawyer Conor Johnstone, from Maj Law Firm, said he understood the number plates on his vehicle were private and not fake.

Jack was reportedly undergoing a blood test at the time of his arrest and was being held on suspicion of careless driving and driving without insurance.

He was subsequently released pending investigation until November 26.

Jack’s lawyer Conor Johnstone of MAJ Law said at the time: “Mr Fincham has not been charged with drug driving and denies any drug use.”

“At this stage there is no evidence that Mr Fincham has exceeded the permitted limit and we hope his blood results will prove the same.”

His lawyer also said the TV personality was considering filing a formal complaint against the police after becoming a “target” of local police.

In a statement at the time, Kent Police said: “On Saturday 26 August 2023, officers arrested a 31-year-old man from Swanley on suspicion of drug driving, careless driving, driving without insurance and driving with false number plates .” on the A2 near Dartford.

“He has since been released on bail until November 26, 2023.”
