Love Island’s Will shuts down sexuality speculation as friend Jessie slams ‘outdated’ theories

Love Island’s Will Young has ended speculation about his sexuality.

The TikTok farmer, 23, known for his colorful personality, hilarious jokes and sensational dance moves, claimed he’s “happy” with himself and his girlfriend Jessie Wynter, 26.

He told The Mirror: “I was 100 per cent myself at the villa. I’m happy with myself and I’m happy with Jessie.

“My brother is gay, so I’m for it. I don’t think anyone can say that negatively about me. As a person I am very outgoing and charismatic and I will not change.”

Wading in, Jessie added, “It’s 2023 and judging people’s sexuality is outdated and needs to go out the window.”

Will and Jessie missed making the show’s finale by a day after failing to secure the public vote after all couples were asked to choose the couple they felt were the least compatible.

But that doesn’t seem to have deterred any future plans for the couple as Will is willing to travel to keep their relationship alive.

After leaving South Africa, the sheep farmer said: “I think it’s very fair to say that I would go to Australia.

“A relationship is a two-way thing. It would be unfair to rely 100% on Jessie moving here. Australia has always been a place I would love to travel and travel to.”

However, despite his willingness to fly halfway around the world, Will has made sure to show Jessie all the major UK attractions while she is here including Buckingham Palace and of course the local Tesco.

In an exclusive chat with MailOnline, they shared their desire to live and work together at Will’s Farm in Buckinghamshire, just in time for lambing season.

Her decision comes after Will revealed that veteran Countryfile host John Craven “slid into his DMs” to congratulate him on supporting farming for younger audiences.

Will said: “Jessie is moving into the farm for the next month or two and she’s going to be doing lambs and all that, which I’m super, super excited about.

“When she first visited this week I gave her a pair of wellies and she really stuck and fed the animals. It made me fall in love with her even more.”

Will and Jessie spent a night apart when they landed on British soil, but the smitten couple, who met on the dating series eight weeks ago, said they found the split “terrible”.

In fact, the playful couples admit they’ve hardly left the bedroom, now the cameras are off.

Jessie said: “It’s 100 times better now we’re out of the villa. It’s a million times better, I can tell you that much.’
