The 35-year-old auto parts dealer was caught up in a compromising conversation just moments after the cameras stopped rolling.

The smitten contestant’s producers forgot he still had his microphone on and got more than they bargained for.

Sam, believing he wasn’t on air, made a secret call which has since been leaked.

‘Hello, my dear. “I’m sorry to wake you up…” Sam whispered, but what followed sent fans into a frenzy: “You know it won’t be long, baby… Hannah, I miss you.”

During the call, he also tells “Hannah” that it is only a matter of days until the couple is reunited.

The conversation ends with him asking, “Are you sleeping in the naked baby?”

Sam, who has already caused a stir with his questionable behavior, is from Broome in Western Australia.

He’s no ordinary Joe, but the brother of famous eyebrow specialist and socialite Kristin Fisher.

Sam previously admitted he is “extremely” picky when it comes to dating women, even flying girls he met on Instagram to the regional city.

Speaking to the show’s producers, Sam listed his ideal type, his dislikes and the warning signs when dating.

“I grew up around a certain caliber of women,” he said.

“My ideal type might be a short brunette somewhere under 5ft 7in. I’m only 1.70m tall myself, so…”

“Age range: mid to late 20s,” he continued. “I just take girls younger than me for granted… I’ve dated everything up to my age.”

In the end, he chose Emily before Sophie later surprised the couple and announced she was moving in to see if their relationship had substance.
