Captioning her beaming snap, she wrote, “A week after surgery I’m starting to get my cheekbones back.

“I can’t put on any skin care or make-up right now, it saves time!”

Just days earlier, Lydia had confirmed she had had a knot removed after responding to a fan who commented on her Mother’s Day post.

Lydia shared a lovely Sunday snap with herself, daughter Loretta and mum Debbie, captioning the sweet post: “Three generations. Happy Mother’s Day

“I’m so proud that you’re mine and I’m yours. You are unique, strong, warm, inspiring, ambitious. The matriarch of our magical family and the solid foundation of my life. Love you forever.’

After the star had stitches and a swollen eye following her procedure, she was quick to respond to a follower who asked what happened to her eye.

Lydia said: “I had to have surgery to remove a lump. It looks worse than it feels x.”

It’s been a tough time for Lydia lately as in addition to her surgery she also revealed that she had to take her three-year-old daughter Loretta to the emergency room after she fell and hit her head while climbing.

The former TOWIE star took to her story last Tuesday to tell her followers about a rough week after her little one was injured.

Lydia shared that she “wants to cry today when she thinks about it,” but added that luckily she didn’t need stitches.

She wrote in her story: “Monday was rough, the boiler went off, the gate broke and as grateful as I am to have a beautiful home, sometimes the endless lists of moving house can feel overwhelming.

“Yesterday was worse, I ended up in the ER with Loretta, she hit her head while climbing. I still want to cry today when I think about it. Luckily no stitches, but she had to have the wound cleaned and taped.

“Last night I stayed at my parents’ house and left early this morning as I have a minor operation between my eye and nose today.

“I really shouldn’t be as concerned as I am, but I think things are aggravated at the moment. I’m sorry to unload, but I just wanted to explain that you might see a little scar on my face for a while because of that.

“Anyway, they say bad luck comes in threes, so hopefully that’s the last fear of the week.”

Loretta is Lydia’s only child and she shares it with her ex-boyfriend Lee Cronin.

Lydia was single after her relationship with Lee ended in 2020.

The parents tried to make the relationship work after finding out Lydia was pregnant, but ended it in 2020 after Loretta was born.

Lydia shared a tearful video of the birth of her daughter Loretta to celebrate her little girl turning three on Tuesday.

The TV star posted a raw clip of the moment her baby girl was born and burst into tears as the newborn was placed on her chest.

Posting a lavish tribute to her daughter, Lydia gushed that Loretta “filled her world with so much color and made her whole,” adding that she would love her ’till her “heart stops.”

In the clip, Lydia broke down as she tenderly held her daughter for the first time, while her mother told Debbie, “Happy birthday!”

She captioned the post: “You were born three years ago and so was I. You made me strong, you filled my world with so much color, you made me whole.

“I will love you until my heart stops beating. Happy Birthday Loretta Rose.’

Family is hugely important to Lydia, and she recently vowed to use a “sperm donor” to achieve her “number one goal” of having a large family.

Lydia said she dreams of having four children and having the same “busy and chaotic household” she had as a child – with three biological siblings, two adopted siblings and numerous foster brothers and sisters.

Lydia insisted that while she hopes to meet Mr. Right in the next five years, she’s happy to give her daughter Loretta, two, siblings in “unconventional ways, like adoption or the sperm donation route.”

The single mom isn’t focused on dating as she said “it’s not the answer” to having more kids.

In an interview with Closer magazine, Lydia said: “I really want more children, probably three, whether by meeting someone or by going it alone.

“If it comes to a point where love doesn’t materialize anymore, I would consider the unconventional route, like adoption or the sperm donation route.

“For me, the number one goal is to have more children. I come from such a big family…I want the same household as my parents. I love the busyness and chaos!’

This comes as she recently spoke about the cost of living crisis and how it might “deter” families looking to place children in foster care.

She said she wouldn’t be “the person I am today” if she hadn’t spent her childhood in foster care; Her mother, Debbie, has raised over 200 children over the past 30 years.
