And Melissa Suffield took to Instagram again on Thursday as she flaunted her curves in a hilarious clip of her dancing and wiggling her body.

The former EastEnders actress, 29, debuted a range of sexy lingerie and swimsuits as she shed light on why she aims to be so body-positive on her social media.

Melissa – best known as Lucy Beale on the BBC soap – looked incredible as she playfully danced in the video.

She captioned her video, “Why I do what I do: To show that postpartum isn’t just the fourth trimester. To show that it’s okay to look like you’ve got a baby – you did!

“To show that moms are still sexy and fun. To show that every body is worth it and that lingerie can rock. To show my honest body, no retouching or sucking in poses or clever apps.

“To show you a body that’s underrepresented – the flabby womb – a body that might look like yours.

“For all the women who write to me about how much I help them. And the main reason? BECAUSE I WANT.’

Melissa looked stunning as she danced in various takes and smiled for the camera. Suddenly she throws her arms in the air with joy.

The influencer is no stranger to an open body positive post.

She recently posted a video in which she speaks candidly about gaining weight over Christmas and slips into pink lingerie that features a daring neckline and sheer detailing on the front.

The body confidence influencer, who has 53,000 followers, opted for a soft, glamorous makeup look and styled her blonde tresses straight.

She went on to admit she had gained weight over the holidays and shared a positive message telling her followers that change is “normal and inevitable”.

Alongside the post, Melissa wrote: “I gained weight over Christmas. I’m sure I’m not the only one. Here’s why it’s no big deal.

I will gain weight for the rest of my life. I will lose it too. If I made a big deal every time my body weight changed, I would basically be living in a constant state of *big deal*. I know this because I literally used to be.

“Change is normal and inevitable. If I’m only happy with a very specific version of myself, I’ll spend a lot of time unhappy.

“And I flatly refuse to continue doing that. Every version of me is temporary, and every version deserves my respect.’

Melissa admitted she’s gained weight but reassured her followers that life is about balance, meaning she would never change her lifestyle at Christmas to “avoid” that outcome.

“I try not to talk about when I’m gaining and losing weight, mainly because it’s nobody’s business but also because I don’t want to spend energy focusing on that as a goal,” the former soap star added.

“May 2023 be the year I listen to my needs and act accordingly and show myself the respect I deserve — no matter what the end goal is.”

The mother-of-one is married to cruise director Robert Brendan and they welcomed son River back in March 2020.

Melissa played Ian Beale’s daughter Lucy on EastEnders for six years but was dropped from the BBC soap in 2010 for her “unruly behaviour”.
