The exciting moment came after Michelle revealed she had four falls in one day during her Dancing On Ice workout, blaming it on menopausal brain fog.
The former singer appeared on Loose Women on Thursday to discuss her intense training ahead of Sunday’s premiere of the ITV competition.
Discussing the show’s physical challenges, Michelle admitted earlier this week she fell four times in one day and is suffering from whiplash.

Training: Michelle Heaton has revealed she had four falls in one day during her Dancing On Ice training session and blamed it on menopausal brain fog
Michelle, who works with figure skater Lukasz Rozycki on the show, blamed her accidents on menopausal brain fog and said she forgets she’s on ice.
She explained: “I’ve got a bit of whiplash on my neck, I’ve had four falls on Monday and do you know what it is? It forgets you’re on ice! I call it menopausal brain fog because I just stand there.
“The falls usually come when I’m still and I forget I’m not wearing shoes and my feet are just walking and I’m lying on my back. So I have to be careful there.’
Brain fog is a common symptom of perimenopause and menopause and includes symptoms such as forgetfulness, difficulty concentrating, and an inability to think clearly.

Menopause is defined as the changes a woman goes through just before and after her period ends and is no longer able to conceive naturally.
Despite the challenges of the workout, Michelle went on to admit that the rink is a comfortable temperature for her during menopause, saying she usually gets hot flashes.
She said: “The ice cream is a nice temperature because I’ve always been hot. I feel a difference with my age compared to before.”
Michelle said before she decided to take part in Dancing On Ice, she only previously skated at Christmas with her children – Faith, 10, and AJ, eight, and husband Hugh Hanley.

Ouch! Speaking about the show’s physical challenges, Michelle admitted earlier this week she had fallen four times in one day and is suffering from whiplash.
The TV personality, who recently celebrated her 20-month sobriety, said she previously didn’t feel ready to do Dancing On Ice, saying her body and mind couldn’t handle it.
She explained: “It’s been such long years, I’ve been battling addiction, hysterotomy, the reality is I might not have had that second chance at life. So it’s very special.”
“It would have been disastrous … but my body and mind wouldn’t have been ready for it beforehand,” she added of doing Dancing On Ice years earlier.
Openly opening up about her sobriety, Michelle said she’s “taking it one day at a time” and admitted she’s “really proud” of herself.

She continued, “It’s hard when you’re the person in recovery, you take it one day at a time. But when you look at it on paper, you see the days, minutes, hours, weeks, and months.
“But I couldn’t get a tag. I had no idea why I couldn’t stop. It’s not like that now, I’m really proud of the 20 months.’
Last month, Michelle took to Instagram to celebrate 19 months of sobriety and shared throwback pictures of herself in hospital amid her battle with addiction to raise awareness and help others.
The singer shared some heartbreaking snaps, which showed herself with a bruised face after “collapsing in active addiction,” before encouraging her followers to reach out to those who may be suffering to help transform their lives .

“Two years ago that was me…I was hospitalized, not for the first or the last time. I had collapsed into active addiction,” her post began.
“I left the hospital the next day, went off-license and bought more vodka.
“Seems crazy? It is! But it was the only way of life I knew. So I thought.
“I have sworn to my colleagues, my family and my doctors that I am on the mend. i meant it But my mind of an addict had a different plan.’
Michelle then encouraged her followers to reach out to others who may be suffering.
