A Manhattan model filed a lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend after he allegedly threatened to kill her and her dog with a 41-inch sword after he came home to her East Village apartment “very drunk.”
Ombeline Cahn, 26, claimed that tech CEO David Lipa “pulled down a sword he had hanging on the wall, held the sword across[her]chest, and threatened to kill[her]and her dog,” the New York Post reported.
Lipa allegedly came home drunk and began to “verbally abuse” Cahn before punching her in the face and ear, according to the lawsuit, seen by the New York Post.
The 38-year-old then didn’t allow Cahn to return to her $1.1 million East Village apartment.
“When she was finally able to re-enter, with the help of police, she saw that Mr. Lipa had stabbed and destroyed her clothing,” Cahn’s attorney, Nonna Shikh, said in a statement to the New York Post.

Cahn said this wasn’t the first time her ex, who had a history of taking Adderall and getting drunk, had become violent towards her pup.
Lipa allegedly slapped Cahn in the face several times in November.

Aside from her modeling career, Cahn, who is originally from France, describes herself as a “concept artist specializing in dynamic illustrations for military aviation,” according to her website.
