Nadia Bartel shares an exciting family announcement

Nadia Bartel surprised her fans on Sunday with a baby announcement.

The former WAG, 37, announced that her sister and business partner Michelle Ring gave birth to a baby boy named Albert.

The model shared an adorable photo with her newborn nephew on Instagram while she lounged comfortably in a chair.

“Yesterday with little love Albie,” she captioned the cute picture.

Nadia has a close relationship with Michelle, with whom she runs Melbourne-based fashion label Henne.

The influencer has often joked about the sisters’ sense of style.

The announcement comes as Nadia’s ex-husband Jimmy Bartel prepares to welcome his first child with girlfriend Amelia Shepperd.

Last month, Jimmy admitted he was “terrified” of fathering a daughter.

“I’m petrified at the moment. (We’re having) a little girl. My two older sisters only have boys. This is my mother’s 11th grandchild and first girl,” the 39-year-old told The Herald Sun.

“A few things are going through my mind, well how do I do her hair? So, I’m a little scared to be honest,” he added.

The former footballer told the publication that the new arrival is around five weeks away.

Jimmy and Amelia announced they were having a girl during an intimate gender reveal party in October.

His sons Henley, four, and Aston, seven, who he shares with ex Nadia, 37, were at the party and popped a balloon, which exploded, revealing a torrent of pink confetti.

“Baby Bartel you are already loved so incredibly,” the footy star captioned the short video.

In August, Jimmy and Amelia celebrated their one-year anniversary together.

At the time, Jimmy shared a blurry photo of the kissing couple on Instagram, writing: “It was blurry but what a year with you. Loving You.’

He debuted his relationship with Amelia in December 2021, with the announcement also confirming his split from former girlfriend Lauren Mand.
