The first big decision in NBA 2K24 MyCAREER requires players to choose between ELITE or RISE affiliation. To join either affiliation, players must complete two objectives tailored to the principles of their chosen affiliation. RISE and ELITE have their own slots, rewards and daily spin locations, but one seems to be just a bit better than the other.

So should you choose RISE or ELITE in NBA 2K24?

Additionally, joining RISE offers some unique benefits to MyCAREER. Players will receive a new Heat Check gameplay boost that rewards them for knocking down shots from outside the court, as well as a permanent finishing boost and a playmaking boost.

To join the ELITE membership in NBA 2K24, players must speak to Chris Manning, who is located right next to ShakeDown. They must then complete the following goals to officially join RISE:

ELITE members will also receive three boosts after completing the two objectives. Not only do you get a permanent defense and score boost, but you also get the Two-Sided Tenacity gameplay boost. When players at one end of the court make a big play, they receive a bonus on the next possession.

Players should choose ELITE affiliation over RISE in NBA 2K24. While both options have their advantages, the permanent points boost in ELITE is too good to pass up. Additionally, the futuristic ELITE courts are more beautiful than the Poseidon-style RISE courts.
