Brian To’o and his wife Moesha have welcomed their first child, a baby boy.

The 25-year-old NRL star announced the exciting news via Instagram on Thursday, sharing several photos of the newborn, who was born on October 22.

In his post, the Penrith Panthers winger revealed that her son’s name is Atreus Gohanrome-Stephenny To’o.

“Sometimes the smallest things take up the most space in a heart,” the couple captioned their post.

“Thank you God for blessing us with our baby boy.”

Atreus’ middle name refers to the fictional character Gohan from the manga and anime series Dragon Ball.

The other part of his middle name is said to be a nod to Brian’s three Panthers teammates – Jarome Luai, Stephen Crichton and Spencer Leniu.

The boy also wore the iconic orange uniform from the series.

Brian and Moesha shared a series of photos of their adorable son alongside the rugby star’s three premiership rings from the last three years.

Brian and Moesha’s post was warmly congratulated by family, friends and fans.

“Congratulations my brother, how good!!!” Josh Addo-Carr commented.

“Congratulations bro,” Cameron Murray added.

“With all my heart. “We love you so much,” wrote another.

The couple tied the knot in December 2022. Their wedding was live-streamed and several of his Panthers teammates were there, including stars Nathan Cleary, Stephen Crichton – and best man Jarome Luai.

To’o proposed to his partner Moesha in emotional scenes at Suncorp Stadium after the Panthers won their third premiership with a 14-12 win over South Sydney in October 2021.

Moesha admitted that she didn’t expect a proposal after To’o came to her after the match.

“I thought he was just coming to hug me like he usually does,” she told Channel Nine at the time.

The couple had known each other for about eight years at that point and had been dating for about two and a half years.

“It’s been a tremendous year not only for myself, but also for my family and my community,” To’o said in a postgame interview.

The NSW Origin representative also admitted he would still have popped the question if the Panthers had lost to Souths.
