Ola Jordan slips into a skimpy red bikini as she continues to flaunt her 3.5 stone weight loss

The 40-year-old dancer looked sensational in the two-piece as she showed off her new toned figure in comparison snaps on Instagram.

The former Strictly Come Dancing pros have got back in shape and have flaunted their combined weight loss of 6.5 stone after gaining weight after giving birth to daughter Ella, their only child, in 2020.

Ola previously admitted she was “appalled” and “disappointed” with what she perceived to be her “mother body” after sharing an unflattering holiday snap with Instagram followers in July.

But she looked better than ever on Wednesday in the bright red bikini that flattered her regained shape.

In the three snaps that Ola placed side by side, she wore the same swimwear to properly show off her incredible 3.5 st weight loss and overall body transformation.

“Also, sometimes the camera says more about where you are than the scale. Apparently – now James is a qualified PT, that’s the kind of information he loves to share! – that’s because body fat takes up more space than muscle.”

It comes after the couple revealed they were told they should lose weight if they wanted to have another baby after being ruled “obese”.

The former Strictly pros made the confession while performing in Lorraine on Tuesday after getting back in shape and flaunting their combined weight loss of 6.5 stone.

Ola admitted she was “huge” and “needed a wake-up call” after “hiding a lot” and recalled avoiding a party as she didn’t want to dress herself.

“We needed a wake-up call!” It comes after the couple revealed they were told to lose weight if they wanted to have another baby after being labeled “obese”.

James, 44, told the host: “Ella is an IVF baby and we have been told that we are in the obese category.

“Ola is 5’6″ and almost 12, so we were in the obese category and we were told if we want another baby we need to lose weight.”

His wife adds: “It was huge and I was huge! I needed a wake up call and hid a lot and didn’t take photos with Ella on vacation.

“There was a party, I didn’t want to get dressed and James left without me and I sat on the sofa with a glass of wine and posted it. I wasn’t myself, it was really hard.’

Ola continued: “We used to go to the gym together but now we have a baby and she is so needed. We lost it while dancing in our kitchen, and Ella says, “Mom, look, I can do that too.” I wanted to get into my old catsuit.’

James chimed in: “Ola has lost all that weight and doesn’t need to buy a new wardrobe.

“I couldn’t tie my own shoelaces. I had to sit down. My stomach got in the way. I was in a bad place when my father died. Even with the lockdown, you either went in one direction or the other.”

Old times: Ola recently revealed that she used to weigh 8th before dropping to 11½. 1st place while James finished 5th and weighs 16th (both pictured in 2012)
