Omar Lababidi: Details emerge about sex allegations against award-winning real estate agent Ray White

A high-powered estate agent, who is married with a young child, is accused of committing 15 sexual offenses against three women over a two-year period – most of them during open houses.

Omar Lababidi, 27, was a senior sales manager at Ray White’s Macarthur branch in Sydney’s southwest until he was arrested on August 30 and hit with a string of charges.

These include three counts of sexual intercourse without consent, one count of sexual activity with another person without consent and eleven counts of sexual touching without consent.

Daily Mail Australia understands at least two of the three alleged victims were colleagues of Mr Lababidi.

All of the alleged crimes occurred in various suburbs of the Macarthur region and most were allegedly committed on Saturdays – when estate agents open houses to potential buyers.

Ten of the offenses, including all three rape allegations, were allegedly committed against the same woman within a six-month period – from December 10, 2022 to June 3, 2023.

He once allegedly committed four crimes against two women over three consecutive weekends.

A spokeswoman for Ray White told Daily Mail Australia that Mr Lababidi was immediately suspended from his position three months ago when the company learned of the allegations.

Following his arrest on August 30, Mr Lababidi was granted conditional bail in Campbelltown Magistrates Court the following day.

He was ordered to pay $10,000 bail to ensure his release.

He must report to Campbelltown police station three days a week and stay at the $1.4 million Glen Alpine home he shares with his wife and young child.

His bail conditions also stated that he was “not allowed to attend an open house tour alone with female colleagues.”

Mr Lababidi left school in Grade 10 and had a brief career as a fitness trainer before deciding to pursue his passion in real estate.

He was part of a power duo with his younger brother Mohamed, who also worked with the MacArthur franchise.

They often appeared together in promotional videos and were pictured together on the company’s social media pages.

Mr Lababidi’s matter will be referred back to Campbelltown Magistrates Court on October 25.
