Over 40 confidential FBI sources say there is evidence of CRIMINAL activity by Joe, James and Hunter Biden: Senator Chuck Grassley accuses Biden’s Justice Department of addressing concerns

Over 40 confidential FBI sources say there is evidence of criminal activity by Joe, James and Hunter Biden, and the Justice Department is accused of shutting them down.
In a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland, U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley said the sources were managed by various FBI field offices and provided the office with details about possible crimes by the Bidens.
According to the letter seen by DailyMail.com, Grassley learned that an FBI task force in the Washington field office had successfully attempted to shut down reporting from these sources by falsely discrediting the information.
Grassley wrote in his letter: “Allegations from several Justice Department whistleblowers indicate that there are and have been attempts among certain Justice Department and FBI officials to unlawfully delay and stop investigative activities related to the Biden family.”
The senator also said that in at least one case, a source and its information had been reviewed by numerous U.S. attorneys’ offices, which found “no hits” on Russian sources.

Grassley continued: “Based on the information provided to my office by multiple credible whistleblowers over a period of years, there appears to be a move within the Department of Justice and the FBI to shut down investigative activities related to the Biden family.”
“Such decisions indicate significant political bias that influences the decision-making not only of the attorney general and the FBI director, but also of line agents and prosecutors.”
“Our republic cannot survive such a political infection and you have an obligation to this country to clear the air.”
Grassley also spoke about how whistleblower allegations in 2020 about Hunter Biden’s “criminal financial and related activities” were dropped due to “false claims” that it was foreign disinformation.
A critical point Grassley raises in his letter involves a human source who alleged a bribery scheme between then-Vice President Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and Burisma Holdings founder and CEO Mykola Zlochevsky.
The source told the office that the father and son “forced” Zlochevsky to pay them millions of dollars in return for their help in firing the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Burisma, Viktor Shokin.
The White House has vigorously denied these allegations, although Shokin went public and said the two played a role in his firing.

In his letter, Grassley revealed that the FBI Washington field office closed a 205B kleptocracy case against Zlochevsky in December 2019.
The case was originally opened in January 2016 by a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Squad based in the same office, including agents from FBI headquarters.
As the Burisma investigation concluded, Hunter Biden’s role on the company’s board came under scrutiny.
Former President Donald Trump also asked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate the family’s business dealings in Ukraine and the reasons for firing the prosecutor investigating Burisma.
In February 2020, Grassley said a meeting then took place at the FBI field office in Pittsburgh.

According to the senator: “This meeting included discussions of investigative matters relating to the Hunter Biden investigation and related investigations, which most likely would have included the case against Zlochevsky.”
An assessment was then launched in the Pittsburgh office to analyze the information about the Bidens, with the information provided by Rudy Giuliani.
While the case was being reviewed, officials are said to have found a form related to the kleptocracy investigation against Zlochevsky.
This document is said to have contained a reference to Hunter Biden being on the board of Burisma, which the agent in charge is said to have deemed “not relevant information to the ongoing financial crime case.”
Justice Department and FBI officials then reportedly asked the source’s expert witness to interview her again, which Grassley said took a month.
After re-interviewing the source, a formal document was filed in June 2020 alleging a criminal conspiracy between then-Vice President Biden, Hunter Biden and Zlochevsky.
Grassley wrote that the reassessment of the file was often paused for weeks because of Justice Department and FBI officials.
Grassley also said that FBI intelligence analyst Brian Auten launched an investigation in August 2020 to search for sensitive personal information related to the Biden family at FBI field offices across the country.
Grassley said he then worked to “falsely discredit it as foreign disinformation.”
He concluded: ‘“Our findings indicate potential criminal activity, including money laundering, involving members of the Biden family and their business associates, as well as strong financial ties to questionable foreign nationals and foreign government-affiliated entities.”
Grassley asked the FBI and DOJ to provide responses to his letter by November 17th.
