Thought YOUR Thanksgiving trip would be hell? Parents hit out after letting the toddler “run wild” during an eight-hour flight that saw him jump on the tray table

  • The video showed the boy jumping up and down on a tray table
  • Many other users were stunned by the video, many slammed the parents

Parents flying with their young toddler were blasted today after other passengers complained she was allowed to cause trouble on an eight-hour flight.

A traveler believed to be from the United States shared a clip on Reddit earlier this week after flying alongside a family who allowed their daughter to run amok on the long flight.

The user posted the clip, captioning it “Letting kids roam wild during an 8-hour flight,” and shared a video showing the teen energetically jumping onto a tray table.

The male passenger in the front appeared to ignore the commotion, although his chair wobbled violently with the movement.

Many other Reddit users were horrified by the clip and said they would be mortified if they were the child’s parents.

One wrote: “I would feel like a failed parent if my kids did that and I would just let it happen.”

Meanwhile, another commented, “My parents would have thrown me off the plane mid-flight.”

A third added: “The bouncing is obviously annoying, but so is the bare feet on the tray table…

“Always wipe your stations, folks.”

A fourth wrote: “I would never allow any of my children to upset anyone in this way.

“Speaking a little loud is one thing. It’s totally wrong to let your toddler jump on airplane seats while holding on to someone else’s (stranger’s) chair.

‘I hope this man was compensated somehow. The parents probably didn’t see anything wrong with that. Unacceptable.”

“Shouldn’t the flight attendants step in?” commented another. “If so, I hope the passenger received compensation from the airline.”

Meanwhile, others praised the man in front for staying calm throughout the interaction.

“This guy is really patient,” added a third. “Some boys really need to control their kids.”

Others said they would use different tactics to handle the situation.

One person wrote: “I would ask parents to stop them. Then I would recline and recline the seat vigorously.

Earlier this week, a former flight attendant revealed the type of passenger cabin crew hated the most.

Kat Kamalani from the US worked on airplanes for six years and recently posted a TikTok video saying that it’s not babies that annoy the crew, it’s the people who complain about the babies.

The social media star and mother-of-two explained that there’s nothing worse than this type of complaint because it’s uncomfortable for both parents and staff.
