Peter Andre’s pregnant wife Emily makes ‘exciting’ announcement: ‘I’m over the moon to reveal it’

Emily Andre shared an exciting update as she revealed she is “over the moon”.

The pregnant star, wife of 50-year-old Peter Andre, took to Instagram on Thursday and announced to her 528,000 followers that she has written a new book called “Healthy Mind, Happy You.”

The 30-year-old NHS doctor posted a snap of the colorful book cover and wrote: “EXCITING NEWS!” I’m over the moon to launch my latest book, Healthy Mind, Happy You.

“Mental health is important for children and adults alike.” With this book for 9+ readers, I want to help children deal with everyday worries and come forward in difficult times.

“It was a great privilege to write and I hope it helps children become more confident in talking about their mental health.”

She added: “Healthy Mind, Happy You is out in January and is available to pre-order now from all good bookstores and via the link in my bio!”

Fans were quickly flooded with comments on her post praising Emily.

The announcement comes after Emily revealed she was expecting her third child with Peter.

They announced the happy news on their Instagram pages earlier this month, posting ultrasound photos and gushing about the “new addition to our family in 2024.”

Peter has two children, Amelia, 10, and Theo, six, with doctor Emily and also has daughter Princess, 16, and son Junior, 18, with his ex-wife, glamor model Katie Price, 45.

In July, Peter hinted at his future family plans in a candid conversation Vicky Pattison The Secret of the Podcast.

“Kids… I thought when I’m 50 I’ll be done and then I’ll have conversations with them.” [Emily] said, “Yeah, you know, if we had another child, where would we put Junior?”

He continued: “I can’t even believe we’re having these conversations and that makes me think I just don’t know, it’s just one of those things.” It’s just weird that we’re even having these conversations, So I don’t know.”

In 2021, Peter was on a different page and told ITV show Loose Women: “I always said to Emily, you may want more children, but remember that our children are getting older and maybe one of them will give us children.”

Peter admitted that his then eldest child, Junior, was also skeptical about having more siblings, as there would be at least a 16-year age difference between the teenager and a new little brother or sister.

Peter explained: “I understand what he meant about the age difference, but I told him there would be 16 years between them.” [him and a] new child.’

Peter and Emily married in a lavish ceremony at Mamhead House in Exeter in 2015.

They met in 2010 through Emily’s father, surgeon Ruaraidh MacDonagh.

He was Peter’s consultant during surgery for kidney stones in 2010 and, knowing she was a fan of his music, he introduced her to him.

The couple developed a friendship but did not begin dating until the summer of 2012.

In an interview last year, NHS doctor Emily explained how she tries to “keep things consistent” for her and Pete’s children, as well as her stepchildren Princess and Junior.

Speaking to Closer magazine, Emily said she prefers to leave “disciplining” her stepchildren to Peter so as not to overstep the boundaries as a stepmother.

While the doctor admits he feels more “like a big sister” to the teenagers.

Emily explained her parenting strategy in detail: “I usually leave the discipline to Pete and often feel like a big sister, which works really well for us.”

The beauty also explained how important it is for all children to have a strict routine so that their home is a safe place, adding: “I think routine helps children feel safe in structure.” I try to keeping things as consistent as possible for them.”

Elaborating more on the family’s personal life, she continued: “I’m pretty strict, especially when it comes to manners.” “Me and Pete are pretty similar, we’re both really very sincere when it comes to manners and kindness .”

In April, Peter defended his age gap relationship in his OK! Magazine column criticizing Leonardo DiCaprio’s preference for dating younger women.

“As you all know, Emily and I have been together for almost 11 years and have known each other for 13 years.”

“Although she is younger than me, I don’t think age matters as we are so happy together!” wrote the Australian singer.
