Planned Parenthood’s sex educator uses TikTok to demonstrate sex toys on herself

A sex educator working for Planned Parenthood’s biggest chapter also serves as a TikTok star, reaching out directly to young people with guides on buying sex toys and inanimate objects to use as substitutes.

Mariah Caudillo works for the Mar Monte affiliate of the Pro Choice organization, providing sex education to over 220,000 people in central California and parts of Nevada each year.

In her videos, Caudillo often addresses young people in a targeted manner. Over 418,000 followers on TikTok, @sexedfiles.

In one video, she showed how “hot toys,” as she calls them, can be makeshift substitutes for fruit and veg, while in another, she suggests everything from an electric toothbrush to an X-Box controller.

Caudillo has also accused, according to Fox News, that sex education “was primarily written by white people, who tend to do the bare minimum when it comes to … acknowledging the intersections of racial justice, social justice and reproductive justice.”

She’s also insisted that “pleasure-based sex education can be tailored to meet the needs of youth,” after saying in another video that age shouldn’t necessarily be the determining factor in when to start having sex.

A recurring feature of her TikTok account is also reading questions from middle and high school students about sex, birth control, and bodily functions.

In one of these videos she is asked if there is an appropriate age to buy a “hot toy”.

Caudillo responded by saying: “It’s not illegal to buy spicy toys online, even as a teenager, which is what most people do. All you have to do is buy them with a valid credit, debit or gift card.’

She added: “If you’re curious about spicy toys, or you just want to explore what’s out there, or you want to buy them, or one – whatever – do so online. Keep in mind that some of these stores also have age restrictions on their website, but like this app, people can still access it.’

She also simulates the use of sex toys and putting on condoms over an inanimate representation of male genitalia.

Caudillo, who appears to have deleted her LinkedIn page, previously worked as a middle school educator for Planned Parenthood.

The revelation comes amid an ongoing focus on what public schools are teaching young children about sex, gender and gender identity.

Earlier Friday, the popular Libs of TikTok account noted that Planned Parenthood funds something called “The Rainbow Room,” a club where teachers offer support to “discuss LGBTQ-related issues in school.”

The account also published a photo from a show showing children playing with sex toys and simulating sexual acts.

In December, it was revealed that an executive director of Planned Parenthood’s sex education division claimed that children were born “sexually” and called for comprehensive sex education from kindergarten — as well as porn literacy for older age groups.

Executive Director of Planned Parenthood’s Center for Sex Education in New Jersey, Bill Taverner, said, “We are all sexual beings from birth to death.”

Bill Taverner, who has championed sex education at Congressional briefings, said in 2015, “We are all sexual beings from birth to death.”

He said: ‘[We have] in our society, an acceptance of the asexuality of people with intellectual disabilities.

“It’s a myth that continues, and really we are all sexual beings from birth to death,” said the executive director of Planned Parenthood in New Jersey.

The sentiment was echoed by Planned Parenthood, which said in a guide called “Sex Education Basics” that “Sexuality is a part of life through all ages and stages.

“Babies, the elderly, and everyone in between can experience sexuality.”

But many have criticized Taverner’s unearthed comments – saying the ideas he floated actually “promote paedophilia”.
