Pokemon GO Sierra January 2023: How to beat

Pokemon GO players can battle Team GO Rocket leader Sierra with a new Pokémon in January 2023. Here’s everything you need to know to defeat this difficult Team GO Rocket leader.

When battling one of Team Rocket’s three leaders, there are seven Pokémon that Trainers must face. There will be one main starter Pokemon, and the last two stages can have three different Pokemon choices.

First Pokemon: Sable

Sierra will use Sableye, a Dark-type Pokemon, in the first phase. Players should use Fairy-type Pokemon as counters in the first phase.

Second Pokemon: Cacturne, Flygon or Honchkrow

Pokemon GO trainers can face off against Cacturne, Flygon, or Honchkrow. Cacturne is a Grass and Dark-type Pokemon, while Flygon is a Dragon and Ground-type Pokemon. Honchkrow is a Dark and Flying-type Pokémon.

Third Pokemon: Houndoom, Cradily, or Snorlax

Houndoom is a Dark and Fire type Pokemon while Cradily is a Rock and Grass type Pokemon. Trainers can also face Snorlax, a Normal-type Pokémon.
