Police are called after Colorado football players claim their jewelry was STOLEN during loss at UCLA

Several Colorado football players claim their jewelry was stolen during this weekend’s loss at UCLA.
Deion Sanders’ team was beaten 28-16 in the Rose Bowl, and UCLA later confirmed it had contacted police after items were reportedly stolen from the visitors’ locker room.
“The UCLA athletic department confirmed that a report was filed with the Pasadena Police Department regarding alleged items missing from the Colorado locker room following the UCLA-Colorado football game,” it said in a statement.
“UCLA is in contact with law enforcement, Rose Bowl stadium officials and the University of Colorado regarding this matter.”
Post-match footage shows angry players and staff discussing what was taken from their bags.

“They fucking broke into the locker room, bro,” one person was heard claiming.
“During the game they stole the necklace… crazy bro.”
Another said: “You go play football then you should know your shit is safe. ‘It’s messed up… I put it in the locker room, I can’t put it in my bag?’
One player complained that he only had his jewelry for a day before it was stolen.
This is not the first time that Sanders – known as Coach Prime – has been involved in a controversial incident of this nature.
In 2021 – while he was managing Jackson State – Sanders claimed that some of his possessions were stolen from his bag during a game against Edward Waters.
“It was stolen but they got it back,” he wrote at the time. “It was stolen from my personal bag in my office and my assistant caught the gentleman stealing it but she was alone.”
