Pregnant Kourtney Kardashian showed off her baby bump on the latest cover of Vanity Fair Italy – and revealed that she had become pregnant naturally after failed IVF attempts.
The stunning 44-year-old reality TV personality, who is seven months pregnant, held her growing belly in her arms as she counts down to the due date of her fourth child. The star describes her horrific experience as she underwent fetal surgery to save the life of her unborn son last month.
Kardashian, who is due to give birth to her baby boy with husband Travis Barker, posed in a gorgeous black and white snap that saw the star wow in a black bra.
She was draped in a sheer black veil and wore smoke-eye makeup for the photo.
In a candid conversation with the publication, the star also said that her three “really easy” pregnancies in the past left her unprepared for the fear of a rushed surgery.
