The blonde beauty wrote in the caption: “Journals for the first trimester. Between those weeks my anxiety had swept over me.
“Somehow I had unconsciously put myself in a constant, high level of anxiety that I just couldn’t control, which resulted in me choking on nothing every day.”
She continued, “The fact that my body reacts to high levels of anxiety with misery feels like a joke considering I suffer from emetephobia, but there we have it.” This coupled with pregnancy symptoms and my phobia felt like living in a blurry nightmare for a few weeks.
“I talked to my therapist and we made a plan and every day I forced myself to do the simplest everyday things that I couldn’t do anymore.” I even dreaded going to the bathroom and there was a restricted area downstairs.”
She concluded by saying, “It wasn’t good…over time I was able to let go of my fears and do more and more things without gagging or panicking.” (I talked about this in more detail in my vlog out Sunday.’
