It offers 6,157 square metres, much more space than a property in London for the same price, where buyers are paying an average of £525,629.
The Goathland Hotel in Whitby was featured in the television series as the Aidensfield Arms.
The series is set in the idyllic fictional village of Aidensfield on the North Yorkshire Moors in the 1960s and many of the storylines revolve around the pub.
The lively barmaid Gina Ward was played by Tricia Penrose from 1993 until the end of the series in 2010.

The Goathland Hotel notes on its website that filming took place in the bar for the show’s first four years.
They then set up an exact replica of the interior of the bar and all of the key filming locations in a studio, as the show was a success and filming was more convenient, but the hotel continued to be used for all exterior filming.
