When they shared a picture of a candy bar on a man’s leg, many thought the presenter was hinting at spending time with someone else.
But to clear things up, he explained that it was just his own leg, writing, “I eat chocolate and it’s resting on my leg, not a chocolate ice cream bag, unfortunately not someone else’s leg”.

He’s been on the market since the failure of his marriage to ex-Dan Neal, which Rylan talks about at length in his book Ten: The Decade That Changed My Future.
Rylan admitted in the memoir that he cheated on Dan during their relationship, but had his reasons and for years believed he was inadequate.
He wrote: “I have no excuses for what I did then, but I had my reasons.
“I think I felt a bit like a cheater for many years. That nothing I did was right or not good enough.

“And you know, when it’s your loved ones who give you that feedback, of course you take it to heart.
“Likewise, someone who loves me in this way was everything I ever wanted and now I had found it.
“The reality is that over the course of my relationship I had started to feel wrong: I felt like I was wrong for being successful, wrong for being me.”
“There were times when people would say that to me, confirming my own self-doubt.
