S Club fans are furious as the concert is plunged into darkness and they are forced to evacuate due to a suspected fire at a concert in Liverpool

S Club fans were left fuming after they were forced to vacate the much-anticipated postponed gig at the M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool on Monday.

At 9 p.m., a fire alarm siren sounded again, leaving the arena in complete darkness while the band performed their song “Alive.”

At the beginning of the month, the group had to cancel their planned performance because another fire was suspected at the venue a few hours before the concert began.

The band – Tina Barrett, Jon Lee, Bradley McIntosh, Jo O’Meara and Rachel Stevens – left fans devastated when their concert was canceled.

Fans rushed to Twitter, formerly known as X, to vent their frustration.

But the show went on this weekend as the five put in an outstanding performance in Sheffield.”

The group were seen in their colorful stage costumes as they delighted fans by singing a number of their hits.

With performances like “S Club Party,” “Don’t Stop Movin’,” “Reach,” “Never Had a Dream Come True” and “You’re My Number One,” the band warmed up the audience for a nostalgic evening.

Jon then revealed why the show at the M&S Bank Arena was canceled with just two hours’ notice when the pop group arrived in Sheffield.

The singer explained on his Instagram Stories late Friday night: “There was a fire in the building which knocked out some of the electrical, which meant it was completely unsafe for us to allow an audience into the arena.”

“It wasn’t our decision.” We fought to perform in front of you until the last minute. But unfortunately it’s about health and safety and your safety is our top priority. “We just weren’t allowed to perform tonight.”

The singer explained that the Liverpool date had been postponed, but added: “We know some of you traveled from all over the world to see it and we are absolutely heartbroken.”

“We really, really are.” It’s devastating for us. Please accept my sincere apology. We really hope that we can see you all again soon. We love you all so much and are once again absolutely disappointed.’

The ’90s pop band were just one show on their highly anticipated Good Times reunion tour, having performed at Manchester’s AO Arena on Thursday night.

Bradley, Rachel, Jo, Tina and Jon were due to perform again on Merseyside on Friday.
