Scump is retiring from competitive CoD mid-season

Call of Duty Pro Seth “Scump” Abner has announced that he has retired from competitive Call of Duty in the middle of his final season.
In a video posted to Twitter, titled “THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING,” Scump gathers friends and teammates to read his retirement speech, in which he announces that Call of Duty “everything I’ve known for the last 14 years is mine.” life.”
Ahead of this season’s start, Scump confirmed it would be his last season. But midway through online qualification for the second major, Scump announced his retirement.

In the speech, Scump confirmed that Brandon “Dashy” Otell will take his place on the OpTic starting lineup.
“With Brandon back, I hope people are happy with the new squad,” Scump said.

In the emotional speech, Scump thanked his teammates for “molding him into the person I am today.”
“I’ve learned so much from the bad choices, the good choices. It really taught me a lot in my life.
