Selena Gomez and Nicola Peltz are getting matching ‘angel’ tattoos as their unexpected new friendship continues to blossom.

The 30-year-old singer and 27-year-old actress showed off their new ink on Instagram Monday during a sun-drenched New Year’s trip in Los Cabos, Mexico.

It comes after her shocking falling out with former girlfriend and kidney donor Francia Raisa in November last year.

The duo wore their glamorous party outfits as they snapped a picture of the matching tattoos that are on their arms.

Selena insisted she and husband and wife couple Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola be called “Throuple” as she shared a snap of the threesome cuddling during their trip.

The My Mind & Me star snuggled up with the actress and former model, 23, in an Instagram snap posted on Sunday.

The talented singer was spotted arriving in Los Cabos, Mexico with Nicola and Brooklyn on Friday to ring in 2023. The British-born star mostly spent Christmas with his wife’s family instead of celebrating with his parents and siblings.

The talented star shared a series of photos she dubbed “New Years Dump Part 1” and uploaded a selection of snaps from her trip to Los Cabos to say a final goodbye to 2022.

“Fine a throuple calls us #foreverplusone,” Selena humorously wrote in another series of photos from the New Year’s holidays.

Selena seemed to have had a blast as she celebrated jumping into 2023 while surrounded by close friends, two months after her notable falling out with former girlfriend Francia Raisa.

The Disney star was seriously ill with lupus when fellow actress Raisa, now 34, offered to donate her kidney and she underwent the difficult transplant process in 2017.

Gomez detailed her health issues in her documentary My Mind & Me, which was released in November, but made no mention of Raisa.

In an interview with Rolling Stone in November, Gomez named Taylor Swift as her only celebrity friend in the industry at the time. (Raisa is a Latina actress with a number of television and film credits including Bring It On: All or Nothing, The Secret Life of the American Teenager, and Grown-ish.)

Francia unfollowed Gomez on Instagram after the documentary was released, and was so upset by Gomez’s quote about Swift that she shared it in the comments section of an E! news post.

And on Sunday, Gomez left an eyebrow-raising comment below a TikTok video discussing how her Raisa unfollowed her after being snubbed in the documentary.

“Sorry I didn’t mention everyone I know,” Selena wrote in the comments, shocking her fans. Francia has since deleted her comment. Meanwhile, Gomez is still following her on Instagram.

Brooklyn recently spent its Christmas vacation with Nicola and her family rather than flying to his own amid alleged family tensions.

Due to his absence, his mother Victoria Beckham uploaded a post showing husband David and Brooklyn’s three siblings as they dressed in matching pajamas. She wrote to the missing family member: “We love you and miss you”.

Nicola recently ditched claims that there was some sort of “feud” between her and the Beckham family, which began shortly after she tied the knot with Brooklyn in April 2022.

During a recent interview with The Times, the Transformers graduate opened up about her relationship with her husband’s family and addressed rumors of divisions.

The actress explained to the publication, “No family is perfect. It’s not a feud! I see this word everywhere: ‘Feud, feud, feud!?’

“I mean, maybe you heard something? And now they’re calling it a feud?” She continued, later revealing, “I think it all started and I’ve said that before because I didn’t end up wearing Victoria’s wedding dress, but the real truth is, I did really, really wanted to wear it.”

“I loved that Brooklyn’s mom got to do this for me! And I was really excited to wear it! And I ended up not wearing it. But honestly, I was really excited to wear her dress,” explained Nicola. “It makes me sad when I read things that people say I never intended to wear. That is simply not true.’

She also shared a New Year’s Instagram photo series with her friend Selena and others and typed “I love you so much”.
