Shawn Mendes has been taking great care of his physical and mental health since canceling his world tour last year.
And on Thursday, the 25-year-old musician looked in great shape as he left a martial arts academy in Los Angeles after a grueling workout.
The If I Can’t Have You star stopped to chat with some friends just as he made his way to his parked car.
During his workout, the Canadian native showed off his toned body in a white tank top, which he paired with dark gray sweatpants and brown clogs.
He also carried a black bag over his shoulder, which likely contained some of his workout essentials such as a towel and sneakers.

It has now been almost three years since the musician released his fourth studio album “Wonder”.
To promote the album, Mendes embarked on the Wonder: The World Tour, which began in Portland, Oregon in June 2022 and was scheduled to end in Dublin, Ireland in August 2023.
The global journey, which was scheduled to include 64 shows across North America, the UK and Europe.
But after seven shows, he canceled seven shows to focus on his mental health issues and shortly afterwards canceled the tour completely early in July 2022.
Mendes has written a new standalone single titled “What the Hell Are We Dying For?” last June.
“What the hell are we dying for?” “OUT NOW,” he began in an Instagram post.
“I started writing this song yesterday morning with my friends in upstate New York and only finished it a few hours ago. It felt important to me to share it with you in real time.”
He ended the post by announcing that he was donating to the Canadian Red Cross. Click the link in my bio to learn more or donate if you can.
Just last weekend, Mendes sparked rumors that more new music could be on the way when he was spotted on the set of a project with a fellow musician in Los Angeles.

Baby steps: Mendes briefly returned to the stage in June when he performed a duet with Ed Sheeran in his hometown of Toronto, Canada; The old friends can be seen performing in 2017
While enjoying his time away from the spotlight, Mendes briefly rekindled his romance with Camila Cabello.
They sent fans into a frenzy after they were spotted sharing a kiss at the 2023 Coachella Music Festival in April.
In the following weeks they were seen together, but eventually the duo parted ways.
“I think I’m approaching 25 and I still feel pretty confused about a lot of things in my life,” Treat You Better singer Zane Lowe confessed on Apple Music 1 in June.
He continued: “And I think that expressed the feeling of frustration with what’s happening, this feeling of the pendulum swinging back and forth. “I think I’m still very confused, but I know that There are some people in my life that I love deeply, and I know that music is something that I love deeply, and I know that this planet is something that I love deeply.
“And all three of those things are something worth fighting for and worth dying for.” And I think that’s where that energy came from.”
