Three British “tennis hooligans” were booted from the Australian Open in wild scenes at Melbourne Park on Wednesday night.

Chaos spread to Court 13 in the second round match, where they faced fellow Frenchman Constant Lestienne.

The British “Fans” trio’s chants included “You’re just as *** Andy Murray” and “Lestienne’s going home”.

The chair umpire finally had enough of the unruly behavior.

He got up and went to security, who promptly removed the men.

Far from apologizing, the abuse continued as they sang ‘he’s going home’ in Lestienne’s direction on her way out.

It’s not the first time fan behavior at the Open has raised eyebrows this year.

The Russian star and men’s singles title threat Daniil Medvedev told a rowdy fan to fuck off during his demolition of Marcos Giron in the first round on Monday.

And Danis Shapovalov had a heated exchange with a viewer after the Canadian expressed frustration at being harassed during his game on Wednesday night.

After complaining to the referee about a fan interrupting a rally, he told the official, “They don’t have to do that. They had one beer too many and now they’re fooling around.’

The fan then appeared to yell something at the star, leading to him hitting back by saying, “Shut up.”

Norrie eventually won 6-3 3-6 7-6 6-3 to advance to the third round where he will meet rising Czech star Jiri Lehecka.

After the game, Norrie said viewers weren’t much of a distraction.

“There were actually a lot of English fans in the first set. They had the football chants going and then obviously got kicked out,” he said.

“That definitely encouraged me.

Cameron Norrie, number 11, wasn’t upset with the singing and explained after the game that it helped him focus and was “a lot of fun”.

“It was a great atmosphere. Of course it’s great when they stay on one of the outside courts and support them, especially (when I was) playing so late.

‘I found it funny.’

Norrie, seeded 11th in Melbourne, reached the semi-finals at Wimbledon last year, losing to eventual champion Novak Djokovic.

The 27-year-old, who was born in South Africa, also reached the third round at the Australian Open 2021.
