State of the Union LIVE: Follow DailyMail.com’s coverage as Biden prepares for his big speech before Congress at 9 p.m., laying out a billionaire’s tax and turning to China after launching the spy balloon
President Joe Biden delivers his first speech to a divided Congress Tuesday night, in which he is expected to call for the introduction of a billionaire tax and take a strong stance on China.
It is his third speech as President before a joint session of Congress.
The much-anticipated speech comes just days after the US military shot down a suspected “spy balloon” that hovered over several states last week before being felled off the coast of South Carolina on Saturday.
