Strictly speaking, Helen Skelton cuts a casual figure after the tour rehearsals

Strictly’s Helen Skelton cuts a casual figure in a shearling jacket and leggings as she joins Fleur East and Molly Rainford as they exit tour rehearsals
The stars of Strictly Come Dancing 2022 performed at a London dance studio on Friday night after completing another day of rehearsals ahead of their live arena tour.
In February, the cast of last year’s hit BBC One dance competition will criss-cross the country performing to audiences in various arenas.
But for now her focus remains on practicing her steps, with Helen Skelton joining Fleur East, Molly Rainford and others heading home after another training session.

Countryfile star Helen, 39, cut a casual figure in a brown shearling jacket, leggings and comfy pink trainers while carrying a suitcase.
Singer Fleur, 35, wore a cropped black coat to stay warm and khaki leggings, while actress Molly, 22, wore a white fleece as she beamed away.
Will Mellor, winner Hamza Yassin, Nikita Kuzmin, Neil Jones and Amy Dowden were among the other Strictly stars to leave the dance studio.

It comes after Hamza opened up earlier this week about the strong bond he and dance partner Jowita Przystal had and the dynamic of their “trust-based” relationship following their success on the show.
The wildlife presenter, 32, and the professional dancer, 28, appeared on Tuesday’s episode of The One Show to talk about their winning streak.
Her appearance came after Hamza reportedly unfollowed Jowita’s alleged love interest Giovanni Pernice, claiming he was “devastated” by their relationship.

However, the dance duo appeared cohesive during their television interview as they discussed how to build confidence by completing lifts on the show.
They will join the Strictly Come Dancing Arena Tour later this year.
Jowita said: “It’s going to be fantastic, we’re bringing the live show to the arenas. There is a lot of dancing, many different dances. There will be emotions, tears and laughter.

Heading home: Neil Jones, Amy Dowden and Michelle Tsiakkas were also seen leaving rehearsals

Wrap up warm: Michelle was wearing a padded black coat as she stepped out
“It’s going to be a big celebration of what we’ve accomplished all season. It will be a thank you for the support we have received.
Hamza said: “I know it’s going to be so different from the wildlife, it’s a small group and you’re somewhere remote.
“So that’s going to be a different experience, but the group we have is great.”

Preparation: For now they remain focused on practicing their steps ahead of the highly anticipated UK tour
