A surfer has died after being pulled unconscious from the water on the south coast of New South Wales.
The 62-year-old man was brought ashore by surfers and swimmers at Caves Beach in Jervis Bay around 10am Monday.
Paramedics performed CPR, but the surfer could not be resuscitated.
Officers from the South Coast Police District and federal police attended.
A report is prepared for the coroner.
