“I’m excited,” said Brendan, who also has 2-year-old son Sean with Shannon.

Brendan also explained why they decided to hold off on wedding planning.

“Shannon has decided that she basically doesn’t want any wedding photos of herself while she’s pregnant, and we’ve both been married before, so we’re not too excited about what it’s going to be like,” Brendan said.

“We wanted to do it right, so we’re taking our time. “But that probably won’t be the case until kid No. 2 gets here,” he added.

Brendan’s upcoming solo exhibition, The Movement You Need, will take place in November at the Soho Playhouse in New York City.

He worked with delivery service DoorDash on the “Timeout, Order In” campaign, which encourages sports fans to order food when the clock isn’t ticking.

“Anything that keeps people from talking on the phone during the actual gameplay is something I can totally support,” Brendan said.

Brendan portrayed assistant coach Willis Beard on Ted Lasso and was also one of the series’ executive producers.

Popular Series: Brendan and Jason Sudeikis starred and co-wrote Ted Lasso. They are shown in a still from the first season of the Apple TV+ series

The critically acclaimed Apple TV+ series revolved around US soccer coach Ted Lasso, played by Jason, who becomes the coach of a fictional English Premier League soccer team despite having no experience as a soccer coach.

Ted Lasso premiered in August 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic and the third season finale titled “So Long, Farewell” was released on May 31.

Jason was hired by NBC to play a soccer coach in a commercial series for Premiere League in 2013 and worked with Brendan to make their idea of playing soccer video games together a reality.

After the success of the commercials, Jason and Brendan, along with TV producer Joe Kelly, decided to write a script in which they took the character from the commercials and the idea they had years before and combined them to create the first season by Ted Lasso.
